What materials do you use?
All of my ceramics are made from durable stoneware clay that is fired to 1200C. All of the glazes I use are lead free. All of my ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, although hand washing will keep your piece looking shiny and new!
How long will shipping take?
Depending on the size of your parcel shipping within Australia usually takes between 1-2 weeks. Tracking is available for packages within Australia. Shipping to countries outside of Australia takes around 4 weeks.
Why does international shipping cost so much?
I have no idea! I’m trying my best to keep shipping costs down, unfortunately it is very costly to ship from Australia. If you have any questions please email me, I am happy to quote you for economy postage which takes a little longer than standard shipping but can be more affordable. I don’t currently ship to your country? Send me a message and I will be happy to quote you for shipping outside of Australia and the US.
What type of packaging do you use?
Returns and refunds?
Any product that arrives broken or not as described will be eligible for a full refund when an order number and photograph are provided.
Items that go missing during shipping are unfortunately the responsibility of the shipping provider, I can help you contact the shipping provider but I can not offer refunds for items lost in transit or items with an incorrect address, feel free to contact me and we can work together to find a solution.
As I am a small business I can not accept change of mind returns.
